Our team surveyed the ground, engineered a pile schedule to the structural loads and delivered the installation with on-site load testing and a signed compression report on completion.
01. The brief
Work with specialist engineers and manufacturers to access a steep sloped site and deliver much needed infrastructure for hospital wards.
02. The challenge
The proposed courtyard was only accessible by foot through a busy hospital, so no machinery or heavy plant was allowed, making concrete and digging impossible.
03. Our solution
We used our hand held drilling rigs to deliver 111 engineer specified ground screws, walked through the hospital with no need for plant machinery or concrete pumping.
