Our Story
Born on site, engineered in detail.
Ground Screw South East was founded by contractors who were tired of watching projects stall waiting for concrete to cure. We saw screw piling deliver the same engineered load capacity in a fraction of the time, with none of the spoil and a tiny carbon footprint.
Today we install over 1,200 foundations a year across Kent, Essex, London, Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. Every install is engineered, load tested and certified by our own in-house team, with full traceability from steel to compression report.
We work for self builders, architects, structural engineers, garden room companies, main contractors and Tier 1 infrastructure firms. The same standard applies to every project.
